BWI participants, graduates, and their families can file their taxes for free at BWI. Tenants and participants in Fifth Avenue Committee (FAC) programs are also eligible.

By appointment only, January – April 15. BWI and FAC participants may schedule an appointment starting in December 2010 by calling 718-237-2017 x173.

BWI has offered free on-site tax preparation services to our participants since 2008. In 2010, 591 individuals filed their taxes for free at BWI, earning $925,213 in refunds. Watch a video of BWI’s tax-site on NY1.
